About the role
We are seeking responsible and service-oriented drivers to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of factory workers and/or hotel staff and guests.
Key responsibilities
- Transport passengers safely and punctually according to assigned schedules and routes
- Pick up and drop off passengers at designated locations and ensure timely pickup
- Provide courteous and professional service to passengers at all times
- Maintain a good and professional relationship with passengers, clients and the operations team
- Follow assigned routes, schedules and operational instructions
- Conduct basic checks on the vehicle before and after trips and report any defects, breakdowns or safety concerns promptly
- Keep the vehicle clean, neat and in good operating condition
- Observe all traffic rules, road safety requirements and company policies
- Communicate promptly with the Operations team regarding delays, accidents, breakdowns or other incidents
- Assist passengers when necessary and handle basic passenger enquiries or feedback professionally
About you
- Class 3 / Class 4 Singapore Driving Licence
- Valid Bus Driver's Vocational Licence (BDVL)
- At least secondary education or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience, such as van, passenger transport, bus or delivery driving
- Good driving record with a strong commitment to road and passenger safety
- Responsible, punctual and reliable with a good work attitude
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Able to work according to assigned schedules, including weekends or public holidays when required
