We are looking for a 1 - 3 PQE Solicitor to join our successful Global International Dispute Resolution team in our Singapore office. This is an exciting time to join, with the opportunity to work from an international platform, leveraging from the international work done by our superb Resolution teams. Our Team Our lawyers have successfully argued arbitration cases under all major rules and before all leading institutions, with a proven track-record of winning complex cases. The breadth of our arbitration experience has given us a deep insight into a number of cutting-edge procedural and substantive arbitration issues. Globally, we assemble teams of international lawyers for each arbitration case that combine deep knowledge of the laws, languages and political and business cultures of the relevant jurisdictions. The IDR team has significant areas of real expertise and market recognition. It is particularly well-known as specialists in disputes involving gas, LNG and oil supply agreements. The team are also investment treaty specialists, working with our established offices in Central Europe and elsewhere. Our Opportunity From day one, you'll work closely with Partners and Associates, to strengthen the team's advocacy skill set at a junior level. From a day-to-day perspective you will be involved in assisting with research, drafting and advocacy. You will thrive in a collaborative team environment, always ensuring our advocacy strategy is aligned with our clients' business interests. We want to see your drive and ambition to deliver high-quality work and you will be self-motivated to deliver the best possible client service. Good matter management is a must and interest in complex international arbitration and litigation disputes. You We're looking for someone who wants to develop a successful career in International Dispute Resolution. You need to be a 1 - 3 PQE qualified lawyer, preferably admitted in England & Wales due to the nature of the practice. You will have experience in complex international arbitration disputes, negotiation strategy development and support, and should have excellent academic credentials, with the drive and ability to deliver high-quality work and take initiative. You will be intellectually curious and enjoy resolving challenging legal issues. What you need to know We only accept and process applications submitted online.
