We are seeking a passionate and persuasive Sales-Oriented Trainer / Public Speaker who excels in delivering high-impact presentations with a focus on sales conversion. This role is a dynamic blend of public speaking, product education, and strategic selling-ideal for individuals who thrive in engaging an audience and driving business growth through compelling storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Presentation Delivery
- Deliver structured presentations using standardized company slides (PPT) to clearly communicate:
- Company background and mission
- Product features and advantages
- Customer testimonials and success stories
- Business incentives and development opportunities
- Apply effective sales techniques throughout the presentation to:
- Break the ice and build rapport naturally
- Design interactive sessions to energize the room
- Integrate real-life product experiences to build trust
- Highlight customer pain points and position the product as a solution
- Drive emotional engagement to influence purchase intent and conversions
- Adapt stories and communication styles to suit different audiences, especially Southeast Asian markets, to achieve better engagement and conversion.
- Conduct regular training sessions for company members to enhance their public speaking and sales conversion skills.
- Continuously refine training materials based on feedback and performance outcomes.
- Assist in onboarding and mentoring new trainers.
- Share presentation techniques and participate in the development and improvement of training content.
- Bachelor's degree or above (preferably in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or related disciplines)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in direct sales, training, or public speaking roles
- Prior experience in hosting product briefings, health supplement seminars, or business opportunity presentations is highly preferred
- Strong passion for public speaking and sales
- Excellent verbal communication, stage presence, and audience control
- Hands-on experience with sales strategies and converting leads through presentations
- Familiarity with direct selling, new retail, or social e-commerce industries is an advantage
- Capable of working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Confident and composed on stage with the ability to improvise when needed
- Energetic, humorous, and able to keep the audience engaged
- Strong goal orientation with a clear desire for career progression and income growth
