Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Training Coordinator to join our team on a 4-month maternity cover contract. This role plays a crucial part in coordinating training logistics, managing records, and ensuring smooth execution of internal and external training programs.

Main Responsibilities

  • Create and manage training events, including setting up training rooms according to trainer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate training attendance and certification records, generating monthly reports and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, forms, and liaise with finance and travel agents for RTC (Regional Training Centre) courses.
  • Register aftersales staff for RTC courses, match them to suitable programs, and communicate training details to managers and participants.
  • Track completion of pre- and post-training assignments and collect feedback.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Higher NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)
  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office tools
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
