Singapore TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. Full time

We are recruiting for a multi-asset investment firm with a bigger presence in real estate globally. They are seeking an Investment Associate to join them as they are ramping up investment activities with a good pipeline.
Reporting to the Head of Investment, you will be conducting research and analysis of the countries/regions that are on the investment horizon. You will conduct feasibility study on potential investments / acquisitions including market research and financial modelling.
You will underwrite new investment and for the purpose of portfolio analysis, to analyse the impact of new proposed acquisition on the existing portfolio. You will also put up recommendation paper for Investment Committee to approve new proposed acquisitions, development or any other transactions.
You will also be involved in transaction management where you will work closely with the lawyer and professional advisors in the due diligence process and preparation of legal contracts and related parties to manage the negotiation and acquisition process, in order to ensure smooth and timely completion of transactions etc.
Requirements
You have about 3-4 years of relevant experience from the real estate field with investment as the main scope.
You are Degree qualified with Real Estate, Accountancy, Economics, Engineering from a reputable educational institute.
You are highly numerical with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect the dots.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you will be able to see through an entire transaction from cradle to grave.
