As a team member within High Bandwidth Memory (HBM) Product Engineering Media Health team, you will develop a high performing team driving Media Health Manufacturing and activities for Micron's latest HBM products. You will lead a portfolio of Best-In-Class Next Generation HBM Product focused on the critical KPI's Quality, Cost, Cycle Time and Scale. This includes leading the manufacturing test flow development and validation, improving device/stacked yield, test coverage optimization, and driving the DFT (design for test) strategy.
You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams (Fab, Product Leads, Design, Technology Development, Design, Test Solution Engineering, etc.) to achieve both strategic and tactical objectives and stay ahead on technology and product leadership. The future of HBM is exciting and dynamic. Micron is seeking experienced individuals that find technical challenges engaging and invigorating.
Responsibilities:
Optimized Test Coverage:
Ensuring optimized test coverage on all current and future HIG HBM design architectures and process nodes.
Product Development and Validation:
Developing, validating, characterizing, and qualifying Micron's next-generation HBM products.
Support for New Product Design Validation:
Providing support for design verification and in-depth circuit analysis of new products.
Yield Improvement and Cost Reduction:
Improving manufacturing test yields, reducing test time, and resolving yield-related issues.
Root Cause and Resolution:
Addressing manufacturing test flow issues and device problems.
Promotion of Innovation:
Driving changes that provide Micron with a technical advantage.
Mentorship and Development of Others:
Actively developing and mentoring team members.
Project Management:
Developing project management skills within the team.
Technical Decision Making:
Making decisions on risk analysis and project prioritization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborating with various cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Degree or related field. Product Engineering experience is preferred.
Strong Leadership and Technical Skills, especially in problem solving and circuit analysis.
Basic understanding of CMOS technology and DRAM device physics.
Good knowledge of statistics and data analysis tools.
Dedicated and highly motivated with a flexible approach to adapting to different roles.
Proven track record of collaborative work within/across teams.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability with professional work ethic.
Effective communication skills in written and spoken English.
