Singapore General Hospital is seeking a Clinical Counsellor to work with a multidisciplinary team serving the psychogeriatric population. The role entails regular assessments, engagement, psychoeducation and care coordination to meet patient needs.
The counsellor conducts case management, coordinates care, supports patients and families therapeutically and contributes to quality management. Mandarin or dialect skills are a valued plus in this setting.
