Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure Ensure network reliability, security, and optimal performance Join a growing IT team in a supportive, innovative environment Key Responsibilities
Design and implement network solutions that support business growth Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment (Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent) Monitor network performance, analyze trends, and proactively prevent outages Troubleshoot complex issues and coordinate incident response to minimize downtime Implement and manage network security (firewalls, VPNs, access control) Maintain network documentation, configuration standards, and best practices Collaborate with IT operations, security, and application teams Evaluate and recommend new networking technologies and tools Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and optimization initiatives Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams on connectivity and performance Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing Requirements
5+ years in network engineering and infrastructure management Advanced knowledge of network architecture, routing, switching, and TCP/IP Proficiency with Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent equipment Strong expertise in network security, firewalls, VPNs, and access control Hands‑on experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) Solid understanding of cloud networking, hybrid infrastructure, and modern network design Strong troubleshooting and incident response skills, able to work under pressure Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across all levels Experience with network documentation tools and configuration management systems Strong organizational and time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities Preferred / Nice to Have
CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent certification Network automation and scripting (Python, Ansible) Disaster recovery and business continuity planning experience We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified
