This role involves supporting student affairs operations at EHL Campus (Singapore). Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting mobility promotion week organization in Lausanne Campus and student admissions process for Singapore campus
  • Ensuring student welcome and attending to their enquiries and requests at the Student Affairs Office
  • Managing student suspension or withdrawal requests
  • Updating student records to meet EduTrust requirements
  • Supporting industry relations and career-related activities
  • Providing support for overseas immersion field trips and accompanying students on trips when required
  • Supporting Academic & Student Affairs operations in EHL's new university in Sanya, China when required

To be successful, you should have a degree, at least two to three years of experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with multicultural teams.
