Roles & Responsibilities About the Role We are seeking a Creative Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in a fast-paced IT Systems Integration environment. This role blends creativity and technology, ideal for someone who enjoys translating complex tech concepts into visually engaging content that resonates with enterprise clients and digital audiences. You will be responsible for designing and producing high-impact visual and multimedia assets to support marketing campaigns, digital communications, corporate branding, and customer engagement initiatives across APAC. Responsibilities Design & Branding Develop creative assets for corporate marketing, sales enablement, and branding purposes (e.g., brochures, infographics, pitch decks, digital banners, posters). Maintain visual consistency and uphold brand guidelines across all communication touchpoints. Support event branding and digital booth visuals for tech conferences or client events. Multimedia & Motion Graphics Edit corporate and internal videos, ensuring alignment with brand voice and tone. Create visual storyboards and concepts to communicate technical messages effectively. 3D & Digital Visualization Leverage 3D animation, modeling, or rendering tools to produce creative visuals for technology demos, virtual environments, or campaign concepts. Support the creation of visual prototypes when required. Cross-Team Collaboration Work closely with marketing, sales, presales, and delivery teams to translate business value propositions into compelling visuals. Contribute design perspectives during campaign planning and internal communication initiatives. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Animation, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Familiarity with 3D tools such as Maya, ZBrush, or Unreal Engine is advantageous. Attention to detail and ability to simplify complex messages visually. Experience producing multimedia assets for corporate or technology-driven environments preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven setup. Nice to Have Experience designing content for B2B or IT services marketing campaigns. Understanding of omni-channel content strategy (social media, website, internal comms). Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS or video storytelling techniques is a plus.
