Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement project governance frameworks, policies, and technical standards to ensure consistency and alignment across infrastructure projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and engage stakeholders for rejuvenation and infrastructure development initiatives.
Lead project planning, design development, and execution from inception through completion.
Manage procurement processes for consultancy and construction services, including preparation of cost estimates, scope of work, and tender documentation.
Review and approve project schedules, technical submissions, permits, and construction methodologies to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Oversee consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders, including coordination with local authorities, to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare project reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and support special projects or assignments as directed by management.
Job Requirement:
Degree in Architecture, Building, Engineering, Project Management or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in complex, live-environment A&A projects; experience in healthcare/commercial or owner/developer settings is an advantage.
Strong technical competency with good knowledge of local authority requirements and project delivery processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask, manage ambiguity, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
