Job Responsibilities
Work as a member of the Talent Acquisition team to fulfil the recruitment needs of Singapore Production Site within the set timelines.
Actively recruit talents and build talent pipelines via various job portals, campus recruitment activities, social media platforms and networking events.
Responsible for full recruitment lifecycle; sourcing of resumes, conducting HR screening interviews, scheduling interviews for hiring managers, managing offers and on-boarding processes.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with the corporate recruiting team, HR SSC function and other team members to create a partnership that yields success, results, and credibility.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by line manager.
Job Qualifications
At least 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruitment, preferably in Biotech/Pharmaceutical or related industries.
Good interpersonal and communication skill to interact well with all levels of stakeholders and candidates.
Responsible and result-orientated individual that is able to work independently.
Good team player with pro-active attitude and customer-oriented mind-set.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, as this role involves communication with colleagues in our Nanjing office.
