Key responsibilities
Lead and coordinate production associates to achieve daily production targets, quality and efficiency requirements
Monitor production output and product quality, and promptly escalation production or quality issues
Conduct daily team briefings and prepare production performance reports
Perform and oversee assembly operations for components, assemblies and sub-assemblies across production areas
Support process improvement initiatives and new product/model introductions
Monitor equipment condition and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure equipment is maintained and operating effectively
Train, coach and guide production associates on work processes, safety and operational requirements
Support onboarding, cross-training and development of new employees and junior team leaders
Investigate production and quality issues, support corrective actions and recommend solutions
About you
Minimum 2–3 years of Team Leader or supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment
Good understanding of production monitoring, quality requirements and ISO documentation
Experience investigating production or quality issues and supporting corrective actions
Good reporting, communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to calculate and monitor takt time, manpower requirements and production line balancing
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
Hands‑on ability and good manual dexterity for production and assembly activities
Minimum secondary school education or equivalent
Able to perform work involving prolonged standing and manual handling/lifting of products or materials
