The role requires a proactive candidate with an interest in planning and execution of plant shutdown activities. Being able to engage and maintain relationships with various stakeholders is essential to this position. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years experience in Oil/Refinery/Chemical plants, mainly in mechanical works. Experience in process plant shutdown maintenance works. Know-how in plant maintenance processes and equipment maintenance activities. Ability to understand engineering and technical drawings and documentation. Able to work independently with minimum guidance. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge in Primavera will be added advantage RESPONSIBILITIES Report to Turnaround Manager. To provide planning of needed resources, materials, personnel and contracts, scope preparation, and schedule integration on mechanical scope for turnaround. Assist in scope gathering, scope optimization using available database. Conduct regular site visits and prepare detailed work packages. Work closely with other supporting functions to develop the work plan. Liaise with contractors and/or external vendors to determine their work scopes. To participate in the execution of the Turnaround while ensuring compliance on HSE, quality and duration. Monitor and control work execution based on the approved plan.
