Key Responsibilities Eldercare Programme Plan and deliver impactful programmes and activities for seniors. Manage day-to-day operations, budgeting, staffing, and resource allocation. Lead, coach, and support the team to ensure high-quality care and service standards. Organise community engagement and befriending events to promote social inclusion. Explore partnerships and expansion opportunities with external organisations. Monitor programme performance, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with regulations. Handle documentation and submissions to government agencies. Work with CRM vendors to ensure smooth data integration and accurate reporting. Stay updated on eldercare trends and introduce continuous improvements. Volunteer Management Strengthen volunteer management processes and engagement strategies. Lead the Volunteer Engagement Team to build a meaningful volunteer experience. Develop strategic plans and track departmental goals and outcomes. Coordinate volunteer home visits and community activities. Prepare regular reports on volunteer initiatives and participation. Event Support Support key organisational events such as anniversary dinners, Flag Day, and community programmes. Assist the Executive Director and team in event planning and execution. Requirements Diploma or higher in Social Work or related fields. Minimum 5 years' experience in programme management, ideally within eldercare or social services. Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Knowledge of eldercare services, policies, and best practices. Empathetic, community-minded, and driven to make a difference. Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant reporting tools. Able to work some evenings and weekends when needed. Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking seniors.
