We're seeking a
ROI-Driven Paid Ads Specialist
to take charge of our digital advertising campaigns and turn ad spend into measurable growth. This is a
remote contract role

  • Campaign Management
  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across
    Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
    and
    Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network)
    .
  • Define goals, targeting, bidding strategies, and KPIs aligned with growth objectives.
  • Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Optimization & Testing
  • Conduct
    A/B testing
    on creatives, copy, and audiences to improve performance.
  • Build and refine
    sales funnels
    for higher conversions.
  • Apply data-driven adjustments to increase efficiency and lower acquisition costs.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Rates.
  • Prepare reports that highlight insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Ensure accurate tracking via
    Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Meta Pixel
    .
  • Collaboration
  • Partner with creative/content teams to produce engaging ads and landing pages.
  • Share knowledge and recommendations with leadership for long-term strategy.
  • Keep up with
    industry trends, new tools, and policy updates
    .
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with
    Google Ads & Meta Ads
    .
  • Proven track record of driving
    ROI-positive campaigns
    .
  • Expertise in
    performance marketing, funnel optimization, and retargeting
    .
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently in a
    remote contract environment
    .
  • Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
  • A fully
    remote contract role
