Cloud Specialist

Overview As a Cloud Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expertise in selling, shaping, defining, implementing and quality assuring ERP engagements. Involved from an early stage of pre-sales, you will be a senior member of the team that leads the client through to successful delivery. Your key accountability will be to take ownership of the solution and its intended benefits from first contact until transition to support. You will provide industry and solution leadership at every stage, and will act as a trusted advisor to the client throughout the relationship. Key areas of focus are value and benefits management, solution envisioning, enterprise architecture, solutions landscape design, and project planning, as well as business input to proposal development and client sales activities.Job Descriptions: Build strong client relationships through the pre-sales process and participate in client presentations. Participate in industry events and forums presenting the Oracle NetSuite, solutions and capabilities. Understand the ERP product roadmap, release dates and launch activities Automate cloud operations by developing infrastructure automation scripts and implementing process improvements. Conduct training for regional team resources and maintain availability of Oracle NetSuite demos, labs, and prototypes. Fulfil the managing architect role on Oracle NetSuite engagements, participating in all phases from envisioning and planning through execution and stabilisation. Deploy, configure, and manage cloud solutions to meet business and operational requirements. Participate in the specification, setup, and execution of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations for cloud solutions. Administer, monitor, and maintain servers across virtual platforms, ensuring high availability and performance. Define Oracle NetSuite technical and application architectures, participate in detailed design, development and testing phases. Support relationships with other partners (Workato, NSPB, Pyango, etc) and solution alliance partners. Conduct QA reviews of ongoing projects Be a subject matter expert for Oracle NetSuite and industry-related topics Oracle NetSuite engagement delivery. Leading Solution Definition Activity. Any other client-facing activityRequirements: Minimum 10+ years of experience in cloud solution consulting, which includes solution design, financial consulting, driving product adoption for customers. Must have at least 6 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite project delivery and deployment. Strong knowledge of cloud platforms and Oracle NetSuite systems. Have the ability to present Oracle NetSuite solutions to Technical and non-technical Stakeholders and proven thought leadership on best-practices for Oracle NetSuite project implementations, upgrades and migrations. Have a deep Oracle NetSuite Functional (Finance and SCM) expertise coupled with good technical appreciation and strong "hands-on" experience with Oracle NetSuite solution architectures, design, rollout and implementation leadership. Experience in pre-sales, client presentations, and solution workshops. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
