**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure on AWS using services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, ECS, Lambda, Cognito, Eventbridge and others.
  • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as AWS CDK script to automate the provisioning and management of AWS resources.
  • Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance, availability, and cost, implementing best practices for resource utilization and cost optimization.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in cloud engineering roles, with a focus on AWS cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience.
  • Experience in project execution and demonstrated technical expertise.
  • Expertise in designing, deploying, and managing scalable and secure infrastructure on AWS, with a deep understanding of AWS services, networking, and security.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) concepts and tools such as AWS CDK for automating cloud resource provisioning and management.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
  • Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Shell, or PowerShell for automation, infrastructure management, and tooling development.
  • Familiarity with security best practices, compliance frameworks, and security controls for cloud environments. Knowledge of HIMS Cloud Security Policy is a plus.
  • Experience working with HCC (Healthcare Commercial Cloud) is a plus.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions.
