Role Overview We’re seeking a Senior Creative Executive to lead the creative direction and social growth strategies for our clients. You’ll take charge of crafting and executing high-performing content — from skits and street interviews to brand storytelling campaigns. You’ll also play a key role in developing Cintra’s own social presence through compelling, native-first content. This role blends creativity, leadership, and hands‐on execution — ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, and knows what makes audiences stop scrolling. What You’ll Do Key Responsibilities Lead the ideation and development of creative and content strategies for clients across industries Oversee end‐to‐end content production, from concept, scripting, and directing shoots to editing final deliverables Ideate and create engaging videos, graphics, and stories for clients’ social platforms Develop content calendars and social growth ideas that drive engagement and follower growth Edit and produce high-quality short‐form videos tailored for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta Mentor junior creatives and provide guidance on ideation, tone, and execution Conceptualise and produce content for Cintra’s in‐house marketing efforts Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, storytelling quality, and platform trends Requirements 2–5 Years of Relevant Experience in social media content creation or creative strategy Strong understanding of social media trends, storytelling formats, and viral video mechanics Proven track record in short‐form video production, particularly TikTok and IG Reels Hands‐on creator — confident with filming, scripting, and editing (even with iPhone or GoPro)Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and preferably After Effects Experience leading shoots, coordinating with talents, and managing end‐to‐end production Bonus if you’ve created skits, POV content, or street interview‐style videos Passionate, proactive, and thrives in a fast‐moving, idea‐driven environment Seniority level Mid‐Senior level Employment type Full‐time Job function Business Development and Sales Industries Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Cintra Consultancy by 2x Get notified about new Creative Executive jobs in Singapore .
