Cloud Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, building, and delivering reusable managed cloud stacks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and extending full stack infrastructure automations for enterprise and business applications in the enterprise cloud environment using Python, NodeJs, CI/CD, and GitOps methodologies.

The engineer will also configure and implement public cloud environments for enterprise and business applications, refactor and migrate business applications to adopt platform strategies to increase engineering productivity, and troubleshoot and solve issues in the AWS environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS and DevOps, software development and automation using Python, NodeJS, TypeScript, Rest API, GitOps, etc., and working knowledge of setting up cloud infra using terraforms, cloud formation templates, and/or CDK.

In addition, the candidate should have expert knowledge with CI/CD tools like Code Build, Code Deploy, Jenkins, observability and logging tools/services such as Splunk, Catchpoint, Dynatrace, etc., and good knowledge of developing automations using Python, PowerShell, TypeScript, etc.

The engineer will also have hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services such as EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, S3 Bucket, API Gateway, Lambda, CloudWatch, etc., and Linux is a plus.

The candidate should have attention to detail and dedication to quality, automation, and an SRE mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
1) Build and extend full stack infrastructure automations

Desired Skills & Experience:
1) 5+ years of hands-on experience on AWS and DevOps
2) 3 years of hands-on experience in software development and automation
3) Working knowledge of setting up cloud infra using terraforms, cloud formation templates, and/or CDK
4) Expert knowledge with CI/CD tools like Code Build, Code Deploy, Jenkins
5) Expert Knowledge with observability and logging tools/services
6) Good knowledge of developing automations
7) Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services
8) Hands-on experience on Linux
