Join the winning team nowResponsibilities Manage end-to-end M&A processes, including deal preparation, financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, negotiation and completion, across cross-functional project teams to a diverse client base. Conduct and present detailed financial analysis and market research using various research tools and public databases to support strategic insights and project deliverables. Develop and review marketing materials including investment teasers, information memoranda, and client presentations. Prepare and review detailed financial models for transactions such as financing, acquisitions and valuations. Communicate effectively with engagement management and client stakeholders, including participation in meetings and delivery of presentations. Oversee the preparation and management of engagement documentation including project setup, client acceptance procedures, and ongoing engagement files and working papers. Contribute to practice development activities, including preparing training programs. Continuously enhance technical and industry knowledge to strengthen your position as a trusted advisor. Support business development activities including preparation of proposals, pitch decks, and target lists. Requirements Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or Business; CFA certification or candidacy is highly desirable. A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in M&A, Big-4, venture capital, investment banking, or private equity, with a strong track record in sell-side, buy-side, and/or capital market projects. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in financial analysis, market research, reporting, and financial modeling, with a solid understanding of accounting concepts, business diagnostics, and problem-solving. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, capable of handling complex financial tasks and producing professional client-facing outputs. Ability to manage multiple projects and client requests in a timely and efficient manner, coordinating with internal and external teams to ensure smooth project execution. Provides guidance and mentorship to junior team members (Consultant and Analyst), coaching them on day-to-day tasks and development within projects. Brings strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills, with high attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to producing accurate deliverables. Demonstrates effective stakeholder management under pressure in fast-paced environments and participates in client meetings and presentations. Possesses excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability in report writing and professional correspondence. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate within teams, manage client expectations, and contribute to a positive team culture. Highly coachable, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional development, with a proactive approach in guiding project flow (PMO).
