Role Summary You are responsible to develop and execute test systems, test analysis, process improvement, program development, and hardware debugging.

Key Responsibilities Test Program Development: Creating and maintaining parametric test programs for semiconductor devices quality check on semi-auto testing platform. Test Execution: Running tests on devices to verify characteristic performance and reliability. Analyzing test results to identify test issues, troubleshooting and optimize test processes. Testing Process Improvement: Recommending and implementing improvements to test processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, stability, and repeatability. Hardware Debugging: debugging or troubleshoot to hardware like specific instruments and probe cards. Education Qualification & Essential Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering / Material Sciences or Physics science. Min 5 years of relevant work experience in Fab for testing expertise, WAT, automated test equipment (ATE), test program development, and test hardware design. Experiences
