Job Title: Facilities Operations Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee the maintenance, repair, and operation of our facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities are running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair: Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of all facility systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other mechanical systems.
  • Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the facilities, including monitoring energy usage, managing budgets, and coordinating with vendors and contractors.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all facilities meet health and safety standards.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of facilities staff, including technicians, engineers, and other support personnel.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma or degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and other relevant laws and regulations.
