CLINIC ASSISTANT (Floater) - Singaporeans only
Job Description
As a Clinic Assistant (Floater), you will be responsible for managing the clinic's day-to-day operations to ensure it is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients and medical staff.
Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties assigned by the Clinic Supervisor or Managers, including:
Patient registration
Record medical history
Dispense medication
Schedule appointments
Reconcile daily monetary transactions
Update medical billings & invoices
Monthly stock-take of drugs & consumables
Assist and chaperone doctors during physical examinations
Prepare and stock examination rooms with necessary supplies and restock as required
Communicate effectively with patients to address their concerns
Adhere to all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
Willing to work shifts (morning / afternoon / night shift) and weekends
Able to cover duties in other clinics owned by the parent company
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum GCE “O” Level or higher; prior healthcare experience is an advantage, but not required as training will be provided
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of medical procedures and equipment used in clinical setup
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking patients
