Job Purpose: The Curtain Wall QA/QC Supervisor oversees all quality assurance and quality control activities on curtain wall projects, ensuring that work meets project specifications, standards, and client expectations. The role involves supervising QA/QC inspectors, implementing quality plans, conducting audits, reviewing drawings, and resolving quality issues in compliance with MOM and company standards.Key Responsibilities: Lead, supervise, and mentor QA/QC Inspectors to ensure consistent quality practices on-site. Provide training, guidance, and support to inspectors and other team members. Resolve site quality issues promptly, maintaining compliance with project standards. Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans outlining quality control procedures. Create inspection checklists to standardize inspection processes. Ensure all QA/QC activities align with project requirements, client expectations, and approved specifications. Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and applicable codes to ensure work compliance.Conduct regular quality audits to assess work performance and identify potential issues. Perform detailed inspections of curtain wall components and installation to ensure adherence to standards. Ensure non-conformances are documented and addressed promptly. Participate in weekly project meetings to provide updates on quality status and site issues. Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders regarding quality matters. Maintain accurate documentation of inspection results, audits, and corrective actions. Verify compliance with safety standards during curtain wall installation activities. Troubleshoot and resolve quality-related issues effectively. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Promote a culture of quality awareness among all personnel on-site. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of QA/QC supervision experience in construction, ideally in curtain wall or façade projects. Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and construction codes. Experience in reviewing technical drawings and specifications. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with MOM regulations and safety requirements is preferred.
