Your Tasks Brand Management: Support brand strategy and retail roadmap execution to strengthen BIRKENSTOCK’s market presence. Campaign Execution: Drive seasonal campaigns with PR, influencers, and digital activations tailored to local markets. Partnership Development: Build strong regional partnerships to amplify brand visibility and messaging. Agency Management: Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely, high-quality campaign execution and asset delivery. Relations: Cultivate media relationships to secure impactful coverage for seasonal launches. Social & Content: Collaborate on relevant, localized content that engages consumers across platforms. Event Coordination: Support events and activations such as store openings, pop‐ups, and product launches. Market Insights & Support: Track trends, competitors, and budgets while providing strategic insights and administrative support to optimize overall marketing performance. Your Profile Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, ideally in retail, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle brands with regional exposure. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Agency & Partner Management: Skilled in managing agencies and partners to deliver impactful campaigns across markets. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English; Mandarin or other language proficiency is a plus. Digital & Social Media: Experienced in social strategy, influencer collaborations, and analytics-driven performance tracking. Press & Media Relations: Proven ability to secure consistent media coverage and develop strong PR strategies. Adaptability: Culturally aware, agile, and comfortable working across Southeast Asia and Down Under markets. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented project manager with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
