Job Description

  • Monitoring and identifying corporate actions in global markets
  • Coordinating with various stakeholders – foreign agents and custodians
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Managing and mitigating risks associated with corporate actions relating to equities, fixed income and structured products.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Communicating with clients, trading representatives and internal teams
  • Resolving discrepancies and issues
  • Implementing processes and procedures and engaging in projects
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and standards

Job Requirements

  • Min GCE 'A' level
  • Minimum 5 years experience in corporate actions processing
  • Language skills with fluency in English & Chinese to liaise with our Chinese counterparts
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Interpersonal skills in building strong relationships
  • Problem-solving skill with good analytical thinking & conflict resolution
  • Skilled in guiding and motivating the other team members
  • Positive energy
  • Honesty with integrity and transparency.
  • Open minded with enthusiasm for work and willing to learn
  • Good organization in effective time management.
