Job Title: Senior Manager, Medical Informatics Office

As a Senior Manager in our Medical Informatics Office, you will play a key role in leading a team and driving the implementation of our Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system. You will work closely with clinical and IT stakeholders to ensure our users are equipped to adopt and optimize the new system, supporting safe patient care, cutting-edge research, and world-class education.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating Project Scope: Support the application leads by coordinating the assignment of analysts, ensuring effective project scope definition, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Key Liaison Role: Act as a key liaison between clinical, IT, and operational teams to define project scope, training objectives, and measurable deliverables.
  • Comprehensive Training Programme Design: Design, develop, and manage a comprehensive training program that ensures end-user readiness across all institutions and departments.
  • Training Initiatives Planning and Delivery: Lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of training initiatives in alignment with project timelines and organizational priorities.
  • Training Effectiveness Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements.
  • Organizational Alignment: Ensure that training strategy supports the overall vision and mission of the organization, focusing on improved patient outcomes, enhanced user experience, and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline

We require a Bachelor's degree in any discipline for this role.

8 Years of Relevant Experience

Candidates should have at least 8 years of relevant experience in clinical information systems, IT project management, and preferably in a healthcare environment, including at least 4 years of managerial/supervisory experience.

Strong Understanding of Clinical Workflows

A strong understanding of clinical workflows and project coordination is essential for success in this role.

Certification in Epic Electronic Medical Record System

Certification in the Epic Electronic Medical Record system application is an advantage but not mandatory.

Interpersonal and Communication Skills

Candidates should possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
