Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an end-to-end ranking system to improve user engagement and shopping conversion efficiency.
  • Develop multi-modal matching algorithms to optimize query analysis and text relevance matching.
  • Improve the overall search quality and user experience by comprehensively understanding e-commerce video content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • PhD in Software Development, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • Excellent coding skills and solid knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
