About the Role
We are looking for an experienced
Market Research Specialist
to conduct regional market research and provide actionable insights into the financial trading industry. This role will combine
market research methodologies
with a deep understanding of the
trading/financial services landscape
to help shape product and go to market strategy, customer acquisition, and competitive positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute end-to-end market research projects.
Conduct competitive analysis, industry trend studies, and customer insights research.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, product, and business strategy.
Prepare research reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in
market research , preferably in financial services, or trading firms.
Strong knowledge of trading products, customer segments, and industry trends.
Proficiency in research and analytics tools
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in
Chinese and English
is required as you will be liaising with Chinese speaking markets.
