Responsibilities Evaluating and recommending HR technology solutions that align with the organizations HR strategy and goals. Developing and implementing a governance framework for the use of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors), including configuration guidelines, data management, and process automation. Collaborating with HR teams to review and optimize HR processes, leveraging Best Practices of HRIS solutions to streamline operations. Driving adoption and standardization of HR technology across the organization, ensuring effective and efficient platform usage. Leading the implementation and rollout of new HR technology systems, ensuring proper configuration, integration with other systems, and end-user training. Providing training and support to HR teams on HR technology usage, including best practices and process optimization. Identifying and assisting in the shortlisting and selection of solutions, working with delivery parties and the Enterprise Architecture team. Providing technical guidance to HR teams and overseeing work by delivery partner vendors; coordinating with related teams/vendors to deliver the scope and resolve issues. Staying up-to-date on HR technology developments and trends, with recommendations for future solutions. Overseeing ongoing maintenance of HR platforms to ensure effective operation. Managing vendor relationships to ensure end-to-end services meet expectations and addressing vendor-related concerns. Managing the budget for HR technology projects and ensuring efficient use of resources. Qualifications Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, engineering or equivalent field. 8–10 years’ experience as an IT Project Consultant for medium to large, complex HRIS projects, managing work delivered through multiple third-party teams, designing and building custom solutions, and integrating with SaaS or enterprise solutions; preferably in asset management, banking, or finance. Consulting background with project delivery experience in SAP SuccessFactors solution. Experience instilling rigour, methodical practices, and leading a team to learn, design, build, run the solution. Hands-on experience with solution implementation from requirement definition through design, data migration, testing, and deployment into production. Familiarity with incremental changes and production support processes. Ability to work within an international team and provide clear leadership, including oversight of 3rd-party development deliverables. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to project manage and work with cross-functional stakeholders. What we are looking for The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP SuccessFactors, with experience leading SuccessFactors projects and teams, excellent project management, communication, and consulting skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
