Overview
To support the Service Commissioning team on the commissioning and testing of security and communication systems as well as to provide continual technical support to customers.
Job Responsibilities
Carry out testing and commissioning of CCTV, Access Control, Intercom, Fire Alarm, AV, Public Address, and other Security & Communication systems;
Analyze equipment failures to determine the cause and recommend/take corrective actions
Ensure all assigned jobs are completed timely and meet customers’ specification
Provide support to Project Team on the implementation of new projects
Attend and carry out rectification works at the site
Carry out standby duties as per roster for urgent service requests outside office hour
Provide customers with continuous technical and operational program support
Provide support to projects during the DLP period to ensure all rectification works are completed before handover
Job Requirements
With 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar field;
A good team player, independent, and able to work under pressure;
Positive and willing to learn attitude, coupled with the ability to take the initiative;
Responsible and committed to meeting deadlines on jobs assigned.
Good communication skills
Familiar with MS Office such as Excel, Word
