Clinic Receptionist (Bay Aesthetics Clinic and Medispa)Full-Time | Singapore About Us We are a modern aesthetic and laser clinic committed to delivering safe, effective, and personalised treatments in a comfortable, patient‐centred environment. As our clinic continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, professional, and service‐oriented Clinic Receptionist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Service Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming first impression Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and follow‐ups Handle patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, social media and walk‐ins Guide patients through the registration and check‐in process Clinic Operations Assist in maintaining smooth daily clinic operations Prepare treatment rooms when needed Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and clinic assistants for patient flow Ensure a clean and organised reception area Administrative Duties Handle payments, invoicing, and daily cash reconciliation Update patient records accurately **UPDATE** original Manage inventory for clinic consumables Support basic marketing and admin tasks when required Weekly stocktake Product purchase and delivery Requirements Prior experience in a clinic, aesthetic centre, beauty spa, or hospitality is a strong advantage Warm, friendly personality with excellent communication skills Comfortable speaking to patients and explaining basic treatment information Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Able to work evenings or weekends based on clinic schedule Positive attitude, team player, and committed to delivering great service What We Offer Competitive salary + performance incentives Staff discounts for aesthetic treatments & skincare Career growth opportunities in a fast‐expanding clinic Supportive, friendly work environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
