Senior Plant Equipment Maintenance Professional

We are looking for a highly skilled Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with local regulations and developing plant maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.
You will evaluate production activities, inspect plant equipment, and prepare related reports. Your strong analytical skills and experience in maintenance and repair of heavy machinery will enable you to design and implement preventive maintenance schedules and SOP improvements.
As a Plant Maintenance Specialist, you will support mechanical integrity through interdepartmental coordination and conduct audits and inspections on maintenance programs. You will also recommend training programs and support workshop administration.
In addition, you will coordinate fabrication/modification of tools and inspect quality of repairs and new equipment. Your ability to plan short- and long-term maintenance goals within budget will be essential to the success of the role.
We are seeking a candidate with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and 2-5 years' relevant experience. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in this role.
