Job Opportunity: Community Care Medical Doctor Location: Island-wide, Singapore Hours: Full-time | 42 hours/week | Permanent role with full MOM benefits Attractive remuneration: ~$15,000 – $17,500/month + AWS & variable bonuses About the Role - You're not chasing targets or patient throughput - you're restoring dignity, comfort, and quality of life for people who often fall through the cracks. We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Community Care Medical Doctor to join our team. You will play a key role in delivering holistic, person-centered medical care to clients across home, centre, and residential settings island-wide. This role is ideal for doctors who are passionate about serving the elderly and underprivileged, and who value meaningful, relationship-based care beyond the hospital setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct medical care to clients in community, home, and residential-based settings. Offer clinical advice and support to caregivers and allied health professionals. Coordinate referrals and care plans with primary/specialist physicians, social service agencies, and community care partners. Contribute to the development of medical practice guidelines, clinical protocols, and quality improvement initiatives. Requirements: Full Registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC)Strong interest in community and eldercare medicine. Graduate Diplomas in Geriatric Medicine, Palliative Medicine, or Mental Health are highly preferred, though candidates without these qualifications will also be fairly considered. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient engagement skills. Most importantly, a genuine heart to serve and connect with seniors and vulnerable communities.
