Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative in an indoor environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, issuing sales orders, preparing quotations, and resolving customer complaints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer calls and emails
  • Issuing sales orders and preparing quotations
  • Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. A basic knowledge of document management and Microsoft Office is also essential.

Working Arrangements:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Alternate Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm
