"Business Analyst - Change Management
Our client is hiring dedicated and detail-oriented
Business Analyst, specializing in Change Management and Change Enablement
to join their Transformation Programme Office.
You will work closely with cross-functional product teams to assess, design, and implement effective change strategies that ensure the smooth transition of on-premise systems to evergreen cloud-based products, coupled with product management operating model.
Your ability to analyze our organization needs and translate them into actionable plans will be key to driving successful change initiatives, fostering stakeholder engagement, and ensuring readiness for change.
What You\'ll Do
In partnership with our Change Manager, you will:
Craft the Change Playbook - Develop change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and adoption roadmaps for transformation initiatives.
Engage & Inspire - Build relationships with leaders and teams, ensuring alignment of objectives, key messages, and behavioural shifts
Design for Impact - Leverage change analytics to refine strategies, manage resistance, and ensure readiness for change
Communicate with Clarity - Plan and execute impactful communications and roadshows that bring transformation to life.
Enable Talent for the Future - Develop training, coaching, and capability-building programs to upskill teams for the new operating model.
Champion Workforce Transformation - Advise on talent strategies, culture shifts, and leadership engagement for large-scale change.
Collaborate Across Functions - Partner closely with Enterprise Architects, product teams, and programme leads to ensure seamless execution.
What We\'re Looking For
1-3 years in Change Management or related fields (Talent, Org Development, Learning & Collaboration).
Change Management Certification (PROSCI, ACMP) preferred.
Experience in public sector or large-scale transformation projects.
Knowledge of modernising legacy systems (mainframe to cloud/SaaS adoption)
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving and design-thinking capabilities.
Ability to work in agile, diverse, and tech-driven environments.
