Let's shape the future of wealth management together. We are looking for a Product Owner to lead digital work streams with a client‐obsessed mindset. As part of the Client & Employee Channels team you will act as a customer advocate and collaborate with technology teams to deliver key requirements through the product backlog. Successful candidates have experience in wealth and private banking, an understanding of innovation and transformation trends, and are skilled in agile ways of working and stakeholder engagement. YOUR CHALLENGE Work with Business, Technology, Markets & Product teams to conceptualise digital user journeys, gather and define requirements, and prioritise features. Own the product vision, manage stakeholders, run the backlog and prioritise change through the Quarterly Business Review. Be accountable for product lifecycle and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Agile Release Trains to build functionality, manage dependencies and balance trade‐offs. Manage senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, deliver continuous user feedback loops, and present design and implementation strategies. Plan and orchestrate training activities with Change Management; create clear training and engagement material for clients and front office. Establish strong project‐management best practices and refine the backlog. Extract insights from client behaviour and usability testing to iterate journeys and improve the product experience. Implement a framework to drive adoption, establish feedback loops and ensure the product meets client needs. Regulatory Responsibilities, Risk Management Collaborate with legal & compliance teams to assess regulatory considerations of digital solutions. Demonstrate appropriate values and behaviours, including honesty, integrity, due care, conflict‐of‐interest management, risk management and compliance with laws and regulations. Rank applicable to the position Director Professional and Technical 8‐10 years of experience as a Product Owner in a financial institution, fintech, technology or consultancy. Experience defining vision and strategy for digital solutions and managing the full product lifecycle, from idea to scaling. Knowledge of wealth management and private banking processes, especially in channels, digital notifications, online trading and portfolio management. Experience with product discovery, user‐needs analysis and successful delivery. Agile methodology experience and partnership with research, design, change and technology teams. Strong analytical, decision‐making and prioritisation skills. Ability to manage global virtual teams and communicate at all seniority levels. Ability to apply business acumen, risk & control principles and data analytics to derive insights and steer decisions. Personal and Social Enthusiastic collaborator with a positive attitude. Pragmatic thinker who drives execution, resolves issues and makes decisions in challenging times. Excellent communication skills and ability to process information quickly. Ability to present ideas clearly to senior leadership and cross‐functional stakeholders. Proven ability to manage large cross‐functional project teams across regions.
