Remuneration Package: Up to $5200 + Attractive Variable Bonus Location: Central of Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm and Alternate Saturday Half Day 8.30am to 12.30pm Experiences: Candidates with supervisory experiences in workshop or customer services in automotive industry are welcome to apply We are assisting a well-established organization in the automotive industry to hire a Workshop Supervisor to oversee their Special Vehicle segment and ensure the smooth operations of their workshop team. This is a replacement role offering a stable and rewarding career with strong development support. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the Special Vehicle segment and supervise a team of technicians. Handle workshop administration, documentation, and daily operational efficiency. Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality workmanship to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with the Technical and Training teams to plan technicians’ development and training requirements. Monitor workshop turnover, budget utilization, and performance targets. Conduct quality audits, manage warranty procedures, and ensure compliance with principal requirements. Maintain workshop safety and cleanliness standards. Support foremen and customer service advisors in technical matters and test drives when required. Requirements NTC 2 in Automotive Technology (Light Vehicle) or higher certification. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service and repair, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Strong understanding of workshop operations, tools, and processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Candidates with a technical or workshop operations background are preferred. Candidates from customer service or aftersales backgrounds may also be considered.
