Machine Learning Algorithm Engineer On behalf of Huawei, a world-renowned information and communication technology company, we are seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team as Machine Learning Algorithm Engineer. Responsibilities Develop and optimize AI-driven real-time rendering algorithms for high-performance graphics pipelines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and 3D artists, to design innovative rendering solutions. Implement and improve machine learning techniques that enhance visual quality and performance in real-time environments. Contribute to the architecture and optimization of rendering systems to ensure scalability and efficiency. Stay updated with the latest advancements in computer graphics and AI, applying this knowledge to improve rendering techniques and solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve rendering performance issues, ensuring the highest quality visuals in real-time applications. Conduct rigorous testing and benchmarking of rendering algorithms and AI models. Write technical documentation and provide guidance to junior team members on best practices and advanced techniques. Qualifications Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Graphics, AI, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. More than 5 years working experience in computer graphics, with a deep understanding of rendering algorithms, shaders, and 3D graphics pipelines. Strong experience in AI and machine learning techniques, particularly in real-time or near-real-time applications. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and experience with modern rendering APIs (e.g., Vulkan, DirectX, OpenGL). Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their application to graphics rendering. Experience with real-time graphics engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) is a plus. Knowledge of GPU architectures, optimization techniques, and shader programming. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize algorithms for performance and memory efficiency. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
