You will evangelize Nokia’s data-center solutions (SR Linux, 7750 SR, EDA) in customer workshops and internal forums, while shaping regional feature roadmaps through close collaboration with HQ Product Management and Engineering. HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND WHAT YOU WILL LEARN Technical leadership: Serve as a subject-matter expert (SME) for Nokia’s datacenter portfolio (SR Linux, 7220/7250 IXR, EDA) and 7750 Service Router, providing trusted technical recommendations. Customer engagement: Lead workshops and presentations that demonstrate the benefits of Nokia’s datacenter solution into Enterprise, Webscale, Colocation, and Telco Cloud segments. Evangelism & enablement: Articulate product capabilities and best practices to internal sales/presales teams and external stakeholders, driving adoption of Nokia routing and data-center solutions. Product Influence: Collect APAC market requirements and feed them into HQ Product PLM and Engineering, driving strategic feature and solution development. Regional collaboration: Work closely with Nokia sales engineers, business development managers, and customer stakeholders to help win new business and ensure long-term adoption of Nokia solutions. KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Desired Soft Skills Compelling communicator : adept at customer-facing engagements—presentations, white-boarding, and written/ verbal briefs—with the credibility to influence technical decision-makers. Solution-centric mindset : maintains a positive, constructive approach when navigating complex customer requirements and expectations. High-performance collaborator : self-motivated yet highly team-oriented, thriving under tight deadlines and in dynamic, high-pressure settings. Fluent English (spoken & written) : able to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Desired Technical Skills Expert DC networking : deep hands-on skill with IPv4/IPv6, IGP, BGP, EVPN/VxLAN, and CLOS underlay/overlay design patterns; multi-vendor DC solutions (Nokia 7750/SRL, Arista, Cisco, Juniper); SRA/CCIE/JNCIE certification or equivalent strongly preferred. Cloud & virtualization stack : proven design/operations experience across Kubernetes, OpenStack, Nutanix, AWS/Azure/GCP networking, VMs/containers, and telco-cloud functions (vEPC, vIMS). High-performance AI/HPC clusters : AI-cluster and GPU-network design (NCCL, InfiniBand, rail optimized Ethernet design, RoCEv2), storage network design.
