Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, commissioning and configuring equipment or systems at client sites. They will conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures, troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively, perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems, provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance, document service activities, collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer requirements are met, and ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies during all service activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, commission and configure equipment or systems at client sites.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or systems.
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on product operation and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or related engineering fields.
  • Proven experience as a Field Service Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

This is a field-based role that requires travel to customer locations. You may work in various environments, including industrial or commercial settings.
