Requirement
  • PLC and HMI Expertise: Familiarity with Mitsubishi, Omron, and Inovance PLCs and HMIs (Human-Machine Interfaces).
  • PLC Software Development: Write, test, and maintain PLC operational control software for equipment.
  • Automation Communication: Develop and write software for automation communication control, including CIM (Computer-Integrated Manufacturing) and SECS (Semiconductor Equipment Communication Standard).
  • Logic Design and Testing :Design operational logic and perform testing and modification of PLC programs.
  • Electrical Design : Design circuits, assemble them, and maintain the hardware BOM (Bill of Materials).
  • On-site Management :Manage the assembly site and assist with guiding control panel assembly and troubleshooting circuit issues.
  • Robotics: Program, debug, and troubleshoot common industrial robots.
  • On-site Commissioning : Perform on-site debugging and implementation of equipment.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
  • B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
