Roles & Responsibilities We’re looking for a cheerful, service-oriented professional to join our team as the welcoming face and support for our clinic. This is a dual-role position where you will manage the front desk and assist our dentists. Training will be provided for clinical tasks. Location & Work Hours Location: 52 Craig Rd (near Tanjong Pagar / Maxwell / Outram MRT) Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm (5.5-day week, no night shifts) Key Responsibilities: Front desk Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out smoothly Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally Schedule and manage appointments accurately Process patient registration, billing, and CHAS/Medisave/insurance claims Dispense prescribed medications Clinic operations Keep the reception, pantry and toilets neat and welcoming Coordinate with dental laboratories on case logistics.
