Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the position of Retail Assistant cum Cashier.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Manage inventory levels, receiving and stocking products in a timely and organized manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Able to lift loads of up to 10kg and climb ladders to replenish stocks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to work long hours on your feet, including rotating shifts, and adapt to changing circumstances as needed.
  • Prior experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
