Join Our Team as a Front Desk ReceptionistWe are looking for friendly, cheerful, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionists to be the welcoming face of our education centre As the first point of contact for students and families, you will play a vital role in creating a warm, professional, and reassuring environment, as well as providing excellent customer service. About the Role This is a full-time front desk and customer service position based in one of our vibrant education centres. ️ Key Responsibilities 1. Welcome Visitors Greet all students, parents, and guests with warmth and professionalism 2. Handle Inquiries Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries Provide accurate and helpful information about our programmes and services 3. Manage Student Matters Oversee student registrations and maintain accurate records Handle course fee payments and proper documentation 4. Customer Relationship Management Build friendly, respectful relationships with students and their families Address questions and concerns with care, empathy, and professionalism 5.
