Scent Design Manager

Your Focus As Scent Design Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing Product development and Innovation strategies that lead to consumer relevant fragrance solutions that win in the marketplace. You will collaborate across functions and levels to contribute creatively to the development and introduction of new fragrance themes, technologies, consumer solutions, ideas and new development processes. As Scent Design Manager, you will manage the project resources to meet deadlines and investment parameters. You will be responsible for managing projects and Scent Design Associate(s) and Scent Design Trainee(s) as necessary. How you will Contribute Project management Partner with internal customers / stakeholders to ensure fragrance strategies align to overall business objectives. Responsible for establishing olfactive direction and driving the overall success. Consistently drive process, discipline and effective execution to bring the desired speed to market. Monitor results and have the agility to change the course of a project when needed. Creative Excellence Partner with internal stakeholders to establish the creative strategy to drive the overall success of a project which fulfil customers' expectations and ensure profitability. Share market product knowledge / brand portfolio knowledge with internal stakeholders to help guide the creative process. Execution of the olfactive strategy by providing creative direction and olfactive guidance to Perfumers to stimulate creativity. Identify potential fragrances based on brand fit and market relevance.
