We are seeking a passionate, driven Project Director to lead on multiple lines of business in Singapore and across APAC. Responsibilities Highly organized, motivated, goal- and detail-oriented self-starter with agency project management experience focused on social and digital marketing. Advise on developing and implementing appropriate portfolio processes and operations. Manage highly produced digital videos, social content, and other complex projects. Lead with strong relationship-building, clear communication, and actionable direction to team members and clients. Partner with department and business leads to manage a portfolio of brands and lead the team of Project Managers. Serve as senior lead on large-scale portfolios, collaborating with EVPs/SVPs/VPs and Group Creative Directors on priorities and processes. Define and monitor portfolio approaches, deliverables, staffing plans, and agency fees with Client Service and FinOps leads. Understand each client engagement, including objectives and priorities. Oversee project and retainer financials within a portfolio, ensuring proper processes and escalation paths. Collaborate with Client Service & FinOps on retainer scopes, procurement, and long-term client planning. Team Management- Mentor and train Project Managers to support team dynamics and career growth. Provide communication, escalation, and negotiation support to the team. Support department heads in developing and implementing process and training initiatives. Process Management- Own operation, customization, and continuous improvement of team processes for each portfolio. Work with senior leads to maximize efficiency and define portfolio-level processes. Nurture cross-functional relationships and solve problems to deliver for clients. Project Management- Provide strategic program planning and oversight for marketing and advertising work (brand creative, websites, social content, videos, events, etc.). Review budgets, plans, and SOWs with an understanding of best practices and client objectives. Assemble the best integrated teams for each assignment with PMs and leaders. New Client Planning- Lead client discovery and scoping with the business lead. Develop budgets, staffing plans, and related contracts. Align internal and client stakeholders on onboarding and ways of working. Provide significant support to PM during the first 100 days of client engagement. Qualifications 10+ years of experience, including direct agency project management experience. Experience with digital and social projects and deliverables ranging from $10K to $2M+. Strong ability to collaborate across departments (Client Service, Strategy, Creative, Production, Media, etc.). Calm, collected approach to problem solving. Experience with projects that adhere to platform guidelines, legal considerations, advertising regulations, and best practices for social/digital.
