Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to fill our Sales Support Coordinator/Customer Service position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting sales teams with order processing, and ensuring smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales teams with order processing and coordination
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain sales data
  • Liaise with customers and internal departments to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements:

  • Nitec, Diploma or degree in business or related field
  • Experience in sales support or FMCG industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems

Administrative Executive

We require an administrative assistant with excellent organizational skills to manage correspondence, scheduling, and meeting coordination. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of preparing reports, presentations, and official documents.

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and office management software

Customer Service Associate

This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong interpersonal skills to handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales orders. The successful candidate should be able to maintain accurate customer records and assist in preparing sales documentation.

  • Minimum GCE O/N Level, ITE, or Diploma in Business Admin, or a related field
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
