Job Title: Software Delivery Specialist

This role is focused on the development and implementation of efficient software delivery processes, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering practices.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in cloud computing, including deploying upgrades, fixes, and enhancements while adhering to organisational security and compliance standards.

Additionally, they must have experience in Linux and/or Windows Systems Administration, as well as familiarity with container platforms such as Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift, and Quay.

The successful candidate will also possess knowledge of application development and middleware configuration, with a working understanding of networking protocols and services.

They must be able to develop and maintain automation scripts for build processes, software release, application deployment, and system/application management.

Strong communication skills are required to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, enhance engineering practices, and improve delivery of high-quality software based on user feedback.

Collaboration with third-party software and cloud service providers is essential to manage and resolve technical issues, ensuring accurate technical documentation is maintained to support system operations, security audits, and compliance requirements.

To excel in this position, candidates should have a strong focus on continuous improvement, ensuring that software delivery processes are optimized and aligned with business objectives.
